How To Maintain 5 Axis Components

Oct 04, 2023Leave a message

1. Servo motor and spindle motor components of five-axis machining center

The servo motor and control system are the crux of the machine tool's energy origin and precision control, focusing on checking the sound and temperature rise. If the sound or temperature rise is too large, you should find out whether it is a mechanical problem such as bearings or the parameter setting of the reducer matching it, and adopt corresponding methods to deal with it. If there is abnormal sound when the servo shaft is stationary, it may be because of the mechanical sound formed by the screw, the coupling, and the center of the servo motor. You can disconnect the five-axis machining center motor from the coupling and run the motor alone. If the motor still has sound, adjust the speed loop gain and status loop gain appropriately to make the motor silent. If there is no sound, it can be determined that the concentricity of the screw and the coupling of the five-axis machining center is corrected. Link, the problem can be cleared individually.

2. Five-axis machining center measurement response element

Measurement response parts include encoders, grating rulers, etc. It is always necessary to check whether the link of each component is loose, whether it is cleaned by oil or dust, and dust and fine iron dust may damage such components.

3. Five-axis machining center electrical control components

Often check whether the external three-phase power supply voltage of the linked machine tool is normal; check whether the electrical component link is good; use the CRT to display the diagnostic screen to check whether the various switches are effective; check whether the relays and contactors work normally and whether the contacts Good; whether the shielding components such as thermal relays and arc restrainers are effective; check whether the external components of the electrical cabinet of the five-axis machining center can be overheated. About the poor contact of the contactor, you can disassemble the contactor, use a small file to frustrate the low-temperature oxide on the surface of the contact, and then wipe off the debris with absorbent cotton and alcohol, reassemble it, and then use the multimeter to perform the contact Continuity test.
