Machine Features:

• 1. The overall layout of the machine tool

  The bed of the LD3220 CNC machine tool is fully surrounded by sheet metal and is protected by an integral stainless steel sink to ensure that the bed is not corroded by dust and water and improve the service life of the machine. The bed is seamlessly welded with high-quality steel structure, and the gantry is processed by the machining center after being reinforced with a generous square tube to ensure that the gantry has sufficient stability during processing.

  The four-axis is exclusively protected by a full dust-proof and waterproof process to ensure that the guide rail, gears, and racks are protected from dust and scrap, and the service life of the accessories is prolonged.

• 2. Spindle

  The main shaft is independently developed and produced by our factory. It adopts high-precision rack and pinion transmission and is equipped with a high-power 11KW main shaft. It has large cutting force and high efficiency, which is suitable for long-term processing. It has high precision and high rigidity. The bearing adopts P4 grade spindle special bearing, which improves the service life and reliability of the whole spindle.

  The spindle can realize speed regulation within its speed range, and it is controlled by the built-in encoder of the motor

• 3. Guide rail

  It adopts Taiwan's linear square guide rail, double row and four rows of sliders, with large bearing capacity, stable operation, no jitter, no vibration, high precision, long life, and precise cutting. This equipment is CNC digital control, with power-off memory function, with the function of cutting off the knife and continuing to engrave after power off.

• 4. Motor system

  Using Taiwan pure servo 1500W, greatly improve the processing speed, enhanced stability, timely feedback of information, and reduced failure rate.

• 5. Cutting cooling system

  Equipped with a large-flow cooling pump and a large-capacity water tank to fully ensure circulating cooling

• 6. Machine tool protection

  The machine tool adopts a protective room that meets safety standards, which not only prevents the coolant from splashing, but also ensures safe operation and pleasant appearance. Each guide rail of the machine tool has a protective cover to prevent chips and coolant from entering the inside of the machine tool, and to protect the guide rail and ball screw from wear and corrosion.

• 7. Lubrication system

  The automatic oil injection lubrication system is adopted to maintain the slide rail by itself, and to inject oil into each lubrication part to ensure uniform lubrication of each sliding surface, effectively reduce friction resistance, improve movement accuracy, and ensure the service life of the ball screw pair and the guide rail. The machine is maintenance-free.

• 8. Transmission system

  The X, Y, and Z axis guide pairs adopt rolling linear guides, which have low dynamic and static friction, high sensitivity, low high-speed vibration, low-speed no creep, high positioning accuracy, excellent servo drive performance, and improve the accuracy and precision stability of the machine tool.

• 9. Machine configuration

  (1)Double-row and four-row linear guide rail, cutting smoothly.

  (2) Y-axis double servo drive double servo motor, fast speed and high precision.

  (3). The equipment is equipped with a frequency converter, and the power consumption is greatly reduced by 50% compared with the traditional infrared bridge.
